4. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued based on agreed milestones.
Payments are due within the stated period, usually 7–14 days.
We accept MPESA, bank transfers, and other verified digital payment methods.
Non-payment may result in service suspension or legal action.

6. Client Content and Data

You retain all rights to your content. By submitting content, you grant Etech a license to use it solely for service execution. We do not claim ownership of your proprietary data.

7. Confidentiality

All business, technical, or strategic information shared with Etech will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or explicitly agreed upon.

8. Intellectual Property

All assets (code, designs, systems) remain the intellectual property of Etech until full payment is received. After that, rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise noted.

9. Revisions and Scope Changes

Projects include a defined number of revisions. Any additional or out-of-scope work will require a written change request and may be billed separately.

10. Service Termination

You may terminate services with 14 days' written notice. Etech may terminate for breach of contract, prolonged non-payment, or misuse of services.

11. Third-Party Tools

Our services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., domain registrars, APIs, hosting providers). While we facilitate integration, we are not liable for third-party performance or costs.

12. Warranties and Limitations

Etech provides services "as-is." While we commit to excellence, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or error-free platforms. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

13. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Etech harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse, client content, or breach of these terms.

15. Dispute Resolution
